Meet Christie

I am Christie Hubble owner and operator of Wellness Haven and Health Inc. I am a Registered Nurse that has spent the last 30 years caring for others at a time when they felt the most vulnerable and in need. I have branched out in my passion for caring in a new way.

As a Cosmetic Nurse, I will work with you to meet your beauty enhancement goals in a safe and professional manner. Individualized plans and treatments will be developed together.

As a Happiness/ Life Skills Coach, I will work with you developing the skills and create goals that will propel you further into the successful life you want to be living. This is done through workshops, group sessions, and private sessions through online or in person.

As a Breathwork Facilitator, I will hold sacred space for you to quiet your mind and learn what your innate wisdom wants you to experience. Whether that is letting go of a painful past, challenge mindsets and beliefs that no longer serve you, or to rest in a peaceful bliss state. All of this is achievable when we take time to listen to what our body's want to tell us. This is available in group and private sessions online or in person.

Meet Abigail

Abigail Conrad, Executive Assistant

I join Wellness Haven and Health with shared enthusiasm for health on the inside, out. I completed my honours degree in Sociology with a specialization in health studies. I hope to create real conversations surrounding mental health and wellness, lifestyle, and all things under the scope of self development.

I am a new member of mom club, to my daughter Evelyn. My husband and I are learning how to navigate early parenthood and the journey. I hope to share everything I learn through these experiences, showing the good and bad. We are all about keeping it real and staying true to self. Thanks for allowing me to share this space with you.

I am also the lead of Wellness Haven and Home, which is a home organization service. This service is a mix of my talents in social support and environmental services. My goal is to achieve organized, manageable spaces. If this sounds like you too, let’s chat!
