A safe environment to learn the skills to navigate life challenges and live authentically. In a coaching session, we identify personal or group goals, areas of improvement, topics of interest, and building self-awareness and acceptance, moving towards living wholly.

Wellness Haven and Home is another facet of our business. This service focuses on home organization through space optimization, clutter clearing and building positive habits. This organization service is a unique blend of function and interior design. We come in and create effective home solutions so you can live more and clean less.
Most people like the idea of living in a clean, harmonious space. But how do we transform these ideals into our reality? The “block” varies person to person and our goal of an organized home falls to the wayside.
The state of our home can be a sign of internal challenges, which is where I step in. I offer compassionate and professional support in helping individuals meet their home organization goals.

The neurodynamic breathwork facilitator creates a sacred space for self-exploration through breath. This practice encourages breathers to focus inwardly on what triggers thoughts and emotions. Through this exploration we create personal knowingness and understanding of ourselves, so that we are better responders not reactors.
